Every Kemp kitchen follows the same proven process — designed to give you complete confidence from the very first conversation. No pressure, no rush, no surprises.
Initial Consultation
We visit your home to understand your space, your lifestyle, and your vision. We take detailed measurements, discuss materials and styles, and get a feel for how you use your kitchen every day.
This is a relaxed, no-obligation conversation — typically 60 to 90 minutes. We'll bring material samples and examples of our previous work to help spark ideas.
Design Development
Your dedicated designer creates detailed plans tailored to your space. We develop the layout, select materials, and refine every detail until the design is exactly right.
You'll receive full 3D visualisations, material samples, and a comprehensive specification. We revise as many times as needed — there's no rush.
Quotation & Approval
We present a detailed, transparent quotation covering everything — cabinetry, worktops, appliances, installation, and any building work required.
No hidden costs, no surprises. The price you approve is the price you pay. We'll walk you through every line item so you know exactly what you're getting.
Craftsmanship
Every piece of cabinetry is hand-crafted in our workshop to your exact specifications. We use traditional joinery techniques and the finest materials available.
You're welcome to visit the workshop during the build to see your kitchen taking shape. We'll keep you updated with progress photos throughout.
Installation
Our own installation team — not subcontractors — fits everything to perfection. Cabinetry, worktops, appliances, electrics, plumbing, tiling, and decoration.
One team, one point of contact. We manage the entire process so you don't have to coordinate multiple trades. Typical installation takes 2 to 4 weeks.
Photography & Handover
Once your kitchen is complete, we send a professional photographer to capture it. Then we hand over the keys to your new space — and add it to our portfolio.
Every image in our portfolio is our own work, professionally photographed on completion. No stock photos, no renders — just real kitchens we've designed and built.
